Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of the students you enroll. Guard your login credentials — you're responsible for everything that happens on your account, student profiles included. Keep your account info accurate and up to date.

There's a free starter plan, monthly and annual subscriptions, and one-time add-ons. Payments run through Stripe, and paid subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime by emailing us: you keep access through the period you already paid for, then charges stop. One-time purchases never renew. If a price ever changes, we'll email you before your next renewal — no surprise line items. Billing questions or refund requests go to support@rocketpathhomeschool.com.

Money-back guarantee. If a paid plan isn't working for your family, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full — no questions asked. Renewals after the first 30 days aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime so you're never charged again.

RocketPath Academy is a curriculum plus record-keeping instruments — it supplements your instruction as a homeschooling parent; it doesn't replace it. Homeschool regulations vary by state and country, and staying compliant — filings, assessments, required subjects, hours, records — is on you. Our attendance logs, progress reports, and transcripts are engineered to help, but verifying they meet your local requirements is your pre-flight check, not ours. We are not an accredited school and don't issue accredited diplomas.

The AI teacher's answers are machine-generated, and even good machines produce anomalies: it can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently off-course. Treat it as a tireless study partner, not ground truth — every conversation is in your dashboard, so review and correct course where needed. It's not a source of medical, legal, or other professional advice. Daily message caps apply per student, and AI usage draws on your plan's monthly allowance.

One account, one household. Don't share your account beyond your household, resell or redistribute the curriculum, scrape the site, stress-test or probe our systems (we know it's tempting — don't), misuse the AI teacher for anything besides learning, or use the platform unlawfully. Accounts that do can be suspended.

The curriculum, lessons, coding projects, and quizzes belong to RocketPath Academy or our licensors. Your subscription licenses your household to use them for your own homeschool — printing for your own students included. No republishing, no sharing outside your household, no commercial use.

Some lessons link out to free external resources like PhET and CK-12 simulations. Those sites aren't ours: their own terms and privacy policies apply while you're there, and we're not responsible for their content or availability.

You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with an explanation. If we ever shut down the service, we'll give you notice and time to export your family's records first.

The service is provided "as is." We engineer for accuracy and uptime but can't guarantee zero defects or zero downtime. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability the law doesn't let us limit.

If we make a change that matters, we'll update the date at the top and email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you're on board with the new terms.
